Barista
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented barista who enjoys working in a clean, fast-moving café environment and cares about both quality and service.
At BB Tee House, a barista is not only making drinks. You help shape the daily experience of the store through consistency, warmth, and the way you handle the flow of real customers. We value people who can move with purpose, keep standards high, and still make guests feel welcome.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare coffee, tea, milk tea, and specialty drinks with consistency
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and ready throughout the shift
- Support warm customer interaction from order to handoff
- Work with the team during rush periods and changing store flow
- Follow recipes, hygiene standards, and in-store service expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
- Good communication and teamwork mindset
- Barista or food service experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn, improve, and support the team
